Lisa Haydon Talks About Working Out During Her Pregnancy And We Love What She Has To Say!
My mom often tells me, how becoming a mother was one of the most wholesome yet challenging experiences for her in her entire lifetime. Having given birth two children before she hit her 30s, my mom tells me that the entire process is not just about giving birth to a child, but also going through a transformation in perspective and in your body. A thought that is shared by many others including actress Lisa Haydon, who is currently pregnant with her second baby and giving us the right kinds of mid-week motivation.

My sister dragged me to the gym today as I’ve had a really lazy pregnancy. Of course I understand being fit can lead to a healthier labour etc.. but I think it’s really important to remember at this stage.. no matter how well I train , I’m only going to get bigger 🤪 Ok, with that in mind , let’s do it. #healthynotskinny
In her post, where the actress can be seen sitting and sweating on a floor mat at a gym and flaunting her cute baby bump, she wrote, “My sister dragged me to the gym today as I’ve had a really lazy pregnancy. And we think it is the best kind of mind space any woman who is pregnant can find herself in. Pregnancy can take a toll on the best of us, especially with the entire change in one’s body and shape. But it is important to stay fit and healthy, even mentally by not allowing societal norms to play on your mind. And that is a concept that Lisa Haydon seems to be promoting, with her body positivity post, that is clearly winning hearts on social media.
It is time we see pregnancy for what it is, a natural process of childbirth and a woman experiencing the true essence of womanhood, rather than holding it up against obnoxious and make-believe beauty standards. Working out during pregnancy should be less about worrying about the weight, and more about feeling healthy and active. And we are glad, that women like Lisa Haydon are spreading just the right kind of messages when it comes down to motherhood.
