Dharmendra Trolls Hema Malini For That Video Of Her Sweeping The Parliament And It’s Downright Hilarious!
Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan is a campaign that India really need. It made the concept of cleanliness mainstream and created conversation and awareness- things we were severely lacking. Since the launch of the campaign, several celebrities have associated with it. Esha Gupta was recently spotted at a clean up doing her bit for the environment. Recently, actress-turned-politician Hema Malini was seen sweeping the streets outside the Parliament in a video, which went viral.
Hema Malini, organised a cleanliness drive along with Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Singh Thakur, in the Parliament premises. In the video, Hema Malini’s broom did not even touch the ground and she was brutally trolled for the same. Even though Hema’s intentions were noble the netizens were really quick to point out the fact.
And it was funny.

And while netizens have been quite hilarious, it was Dharmendra’s trolling that had us in splits. He did not miss a chance to pull Hema’s leg and wrote, “Haan, films mein. Mujhe bhi anari lag rahi thi. Maine magar bachpan mein humesha apni maa ka haath bataya hai. Main jhaadu mein maahir tha. I love cleanliness.”

Hema Mailini said to ANI about this, “It is highly appreciable that the Speaker of the House took initiative to carry out ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ on the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, in Parliament premises. I will go back to Mathura next week and carry out this Abhiyan there as well.”
Hema Malini’s effort may or may not look like she had even tried but Dharmendra trolling his wife is something we found cute. Most of the users had called the actress fake and trolled her relentlessly for not showing any enthusiasm during the campaign. Even her election campaign was hilarious with her posing with unsuspecting farmers.
