Deepika Padukone’s Instagram Is So Real, We Are Guessing No Social Media Team Is Handling It
I, like every other millennial these days, am big on social media, especially when it comes to using Instagram. The usual scroll and tap has now become my jam and I have zero qualms about accepting that I’m indeed an Insta addict. But when you have such adorable content going up from your favourite celebrities, are we really to blame for being on top of it? Because of late, if there is one celebrity that has been keeping us entertained and hooked to the gram, it has to be Deepika Padukone and her very original insta feed.
The Padmaavat actress, who has time and again won our hearts with her performances, continues to do it, only this time off screen as well. Known to be active on her social media, Deepika recently shared a meme on her Instastory, that compared the actress’s IIFA purple feather dress to a mop, captioning it “close enough”. And we won’t lie, it kinda was. Sharing it on her story with a ‘ROFL’, Deepika has once again proved to us, that she is one of the very few in the industry with an easy-going sense of humour and perhaps, the only one who manages her own insta account.

From earlier sharing a comic strip that according to the actress was a depiction of her and Ranveer Singh, the actress has always been dropping cute memes, comics and even leaving the most adorable comments on her hubby’s pictures. In fact, she also posted a ‘Who did it better’ meme for Ranveer Singh, comparing him to Agnes from Despicable Me and obviously answered it by saying ‘Mine’, referring to Ranveer having done it better. A practice, that is too cute and candid to be strategised by a team of professionals.
Just a few days earlier, the actress had shared another meme, tagging the Simmba actor and sharing how it might just be an accurate depiction of the two of them. And like every other time, it had us going all ‘aww-ut’. Of course, Deepika posts her share of shoot pictures and magazine features and promotional movie posters, but it is these cute antics that she pulls, that make her so relatable to us. And we kinda love her for it! There is no team that puts together a theme for her, that organise such instant tags or hilariously laugh at her own memes, it is all natural, all funny and all too damn cute.
