I Am Not The Kind To Pop A Pill For Better Skin But These Capsules From Chic Nutrix Cleared Up My Skin
I will admit, I have an elaborate skincare routine. It involves many products and many steps and a lot of many things. So yes, I dedicate a huge part of my night to applying the lotions and the potions. And if you’re looking at me with your eyebrows raised, then know that it is all working because my skin is glowy and dewy without a stitch of makeup. Of course, there’s the slight issue of the dark circles that look like I should catch up on couple of years of sleep but other than that, it looks good.
It wasn’t always this way though. Great, now this is sounding like an infomercial. There was a point when an entire family of pimples had laid claim to my right cheek and I got my army of acne-fighting products out but nothing was really working. I was willing to give anything a go. I am not easily sold on supplements, I am quite wary of them. But the sweet peeps at Chic Nutrix had sent them over and since I was at my wit’s end with my skin, I gingerly agreed to give it a whirl.
Now, it’s not like the difference was apparent from the first capsule. Like I was a Greek goddess from the minute I took one. Nope, it wasn’t like that. But I have been consistently popping these for almost 4 weeks now and my skin does look better. First of all, that family of pimples that was encroaching was hastily asked to leave. And they did. My skin does look healthier. In fact, I recently met a bunch of friends after a while and one of them was saying my foundation was really pretty and I was like ‘ I am not even wearing any’ and then gloated for a full two hours till they asked me to shut up about it.
I know what you’re thinking. You don’t want to pop one of those pills that taste absolutely like the worst part of your childhood. But this doesn’t taste like anything. I mean, it says it tastes like chocolate, but it doesn’t. I swallow the pill, giving it no time to leave an after taste in my mouth. It also claims it is burp less, which it is. Because I don’t want to be sending wafts of fish oil towards my colleagues.
I have tried and tested this product out and I would recommend it. It’s good and it does make a difference to your skin. Also, makes you think about all the things you said no to when your mom recommended them when you were a kid, and are now turning to. Hmpf, should have listened to my mom!
PS: Mom, if you’re reading this, you were right only about this one thing, okay?
