What if we told you that you can satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way without the truckload of guilt that it comes with? We can see that would be interesting. One of the best ingredients to use for that is yogurt, since it’s an extremely versatile ingredient that is perfect for a healthy dessert option! Today, we will be making some delicious popsicles using the Nestle a+ Grekyo Yoghurt. By the way, pull those cameras out, this is going to be Pinterest-worthy.
Here are a few things you will need:
- Nestle a+ Grekyo Yoghurt
- Fresh Berries
- Popsicle Mould
- Ice-Cream Sticks
Start off by adding some fresh berries to a bowl.
Add some Nestle a+ Grekyo Yoghurt to the bowl and mix it together. You can either create this mixture or just use the yogurt as is from the box.
Pour this mixture into a popsicle mould. You can even add your favourite toppings at the base of the cup or layer it with the mixture.
Stick a popsicle stick in the centre and pop the mould into the freezer for 5-7 hours.
We had used a banana leaf popsicle mould so we had to rip it off, but you can also use any aluminium or plastic mould. Remove the popsicles from the mould and you are all set to tuck into these delicious treats.
It’s great to keep a batch of these in the fridge at all times since it is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth even in the middle of the night, without an ounce of guilt.
