It may seem like it but attempting nail art at home is no rocket science especially when you can use a nail art striping tape to get the cleanest lines and immense perfection. A striping tape is a thin tape which is available in a variety of colours. It can be used to mask away all the imperfections as well as add a flawless finishing touch to an existing nail art. Here are 5 super easy designs that you can attempt to get salon like nails right from the comforts of your home.

Step 1: Apply a thin coat of clear nail polish.

Step 2: Apply the striping tape diagonally on the nail.

Step 3: Paint the top half of your nail with a light pink nail paint.

Step 4: Remove the tape and apply another diagonal line parallel to the previous line.

Step 5: Apply another piece of striping tape diagonally and apply the dark pink polish at the base of the nail

Step 6: Add another piece of striping tape to give the design a clean finish.

Step 7: Seal the look in with a good consistency of top coat.

Repeat the same process for all the nails and you can either attempt different designs on each nail as seen here, or you can do the same design on all five nails. Either way, nail art just got a whole lot easier.
