A Decadent Pancake Recipe For The Perfect Sunday Brunch!
Sundays are for lazing around, sitting around sipping on endless cups of tea or milk and catching up with the family. They also offer a chance for the the family to get into the kitchen and whip up some delicious treats. Because as everyone knows, Sundays are cheat days. And pancakes are a delicious treat that everyone in the family will love. This pancake recipe is perfect for those Sunday brunches at home, it’s delicious and it’s super easy to make.
Here are a few things you will need:
- Baking Powder
- Nestle a+ Grekyo Yoghurt
- Fresh Fruits
- Sugar/Cinnamon Powder
Let’s start of by adding a cup of all-purpose flour in a large glass bowl.
Add 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp of baking powder to the flour and mix all the ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, crack an egg and beat it with a fork.
Now add half a cup of milk to the mixture
Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients in the large bowl.
Lightly coat the pan with some butter and pour 2/3rd of a cup of the batter in the centre.
When the edges are brown and the bubbles have been formed at the centre of the cake, go ahead and flip it over.
Stack them in a plate with Nestle a+ Grekyo Yoghurt between each layer and top it off with some fresh fruits and maple syrup.
