This Woman Has Been Using Her Ex’s Netflix Account By Naming Her Profile “Settings”. This Is Next Level Genius
Earlier, sharing your phone passcode was a relationship milestone. Now, really, we don’t want to be bothered by our partner’s boring life. Like I don’t care what he is discussing in his boys’ group which probably goes by a name like “Wolf Pack” or something. Today, it’s about sharing your Netflix account. Because hey, unlike Amazon Prime, Netflix has a restriction on the number of devices you can have downloads on. And you’re giving access to them to know all about what you do in most of your free time – the kind of shows you like, the ones you left mid-way, those on your to-watch list.
So if you’re the add-on, what do you do when the relationship is over? How do you move on? And I don’t mean from your ex but from enjoying a free Netflix subscription. Well, a little out of the box thinking might just score you at least a few months of this freebie.
My brothers ex had been stealing our Netflix for the past two months now by disguising her account as “settings” and honestly I ain’t even mad. I’m just really disappointed in myself for actually believing that an account named “settings” would legitimately be Netflix settings pic.twitter.com/fSn3BSCcZh

A woman had her own profile in his ex’s account and he didn’t even notice for the longest time. A Twitter user revealed, “My brother’s ex had been stealing our Netflix for the past two months now by disguising her account as ‘settings’ and honestly I ain’t even mad. I’m just really disappointed in myself for actually believing that an account named ‘settings’ would legitimately be Netflix settings.” Along with that, he shared a screenshot that shows the “settings” account and how she had uploaded a loading icon as a picture to make it even more convincing.
Twitter users were floored by this woman’s genius! “Remember In school when the teachers used to say, not everyone can be academic, some have to find there own version of being smart….THIS is one of those versions,” a user wrote. Several people said that his bro missed out on a smartie while someone actually said that she “may have been a keeper.” In fact, Netflix itself tweeted “Respect” for the ex-girlfriend’s smooth hack.

And as a matter of fact, the guys didn’t change the password and Marisa was more than happy. “Thanks for not changing the password even after knowing,” she tweeted!

The tweet already has more than 279k likes and more than 66k retweets! While this has gone pretty well for Marisa, I just hope the guys don’t change the password just when she reaches the finale of her favourite series! The internet will not forgive them for that!
