She revealed that she is single and though she is not looking to mingle, she does miss having a partner. Sinha told Bombay Times, “So many of my peers have found their partners and I’m very happy for them. I’ve just realised that everything I chase evades me. I’m like any other girl who has thoughts and dreams about romance and relationship. I love the idea of being in a relationship and I could be in one forever. I miss having a relationship in my life, but at this point, I’m not chasing love. Love will have to come looking for me.” Several Bollywood actresses have tied the knot already including Deepika Padukone, Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma. It’s quite normal to crave that kind of intimacy when everyone around you is getting married! Happens to the most cynical ones amongst us.

However, Sonakshi Sinha recently revealed in an interview with IANS, that she has dated a Bollywood celebrity and no one knew! But she revealed that her parents are looking for a “susheel ladka”. “My parents want me to date a susheel ladka and no one from the Bollywood film industry is like that,” she revealed. Really, what is a susheel ladka? Are we expecting round rotis from him?

So when will marriage be on cards for Sonakshi? She replied, “When it’s fixed, I myself will announce it to the world. I don’t believe things like these should be hidden. I’m too involved with my work to even consider marriage. I haven’t even thought about it yet. So I don’t know why people make such assumptions.”
