While We Were Singing Nursery Rhymes, Kriti Sanon Was Doing This When She Was 5 Years Old!
When I was 5 years old, I was running around in my tutu skirts, being the annoying kid that’s loud and cute so you want them to shut up but also to entertain you. The only real talent I had up my small sleeve was being a trooper every time my parents said, “Aunty ko dance karke dikhao chalo”to which I would promptly launch into a dance sequence with much happiness and perhaps aided by a sugar rush from candy. Because what else do you expect from a 5 year old toddler, right? Except, wrong. Or at least in the case of Luka Chuppi actress Kriti Sanon, who made us look and feel very inadequate with all her accomplishments at the tender age of 5.
While most of us were under the impression that she started off her career with a few advertisements until she got her big break in the industry with Heropanti, the actress recently revealed that she had been at it since she was a little kid. Turns out, Kriti Sanon was 5 years old when she started modelling.
Hailing from the capital city, looks like Kriti had always been drawn to this industry of glamour as first walked the ramp when she was 5. Okay, but she wasn’t only walking the ramp, she also bagged a few commercials here and there. Basically, she started way before some of these star kids came into the picture or were even born.

Even though she has always been very vocal about choosing movies over modelling, it is really surprising to know that some people know of their calling at such a young age, when the rest of us only aced the act of peeing in our pants. Back in 2014, in an interview with IANS, the actress had shared, “Modelling was never a career option for me, it was always a hobby. I was modelling while I was pursuing my B.Tech, so the obvious choice after finishing my studies was to do a job. But while I was modelling and doing TV commercials, I really loved being in front of the camera. I enjoyed the shooting process. Probably, I was meant to act,” and perhaps, she really was.
The Luka Chuppi actress will next been seen in Arjun Patiala alongside of Diljit Dosanjh and then with Bhumi Pednekar in her upcoming release – Saand ki Aankh, where she will be portraying the role of a 60-year-old sharpshooter.
