Vidya Balan Shares Tips And Tricks On How We Can All Make DIY Masks. Okay, That’s A Great Way To Be More Productive

When you have nothing else to do, you have to get creative. That is what we and most of the Bollywood stars have been doing. This is one of the rare moments that we get a sneak peek into the daily lives of our favourite celebrities. I don’t know about you, but I find that very fascinating.

The video of Katrina Kaif washing vessels or the posts about Ananya Panday using this quarantine time to bake delicious-looking goodies with her sister Rysa is so relatable. Aren’t we all just looking for things like washing, baking and painting to pass our time productively?

Having said that, thanks to yet another Bollywood star I have found my next project. On Saturday, Vidya Balan posted a tutorial video on Instagram on how to make DIY masks at home using just a cloth and some rubber bands.

In the video, she said, “Masks play an important part in preventing corona. However, the problem is that there is a shortage of masks not only in our country but across the world. But there is an easy solution to this. Just as our Prime Minister has said that we can make masks at home. Take any piece of cloth, it can be a dupatta, scarf, old saree anything. And you will need two bands. Rubber bands will also do.”

Vidya made a mask out a blouse piece and two bands, how cool is that? In the video, she has also advised everyone to make DIY masks just our PM has suggested as well. She has given us some great tips and tricks on how to make our own masks.

We must stay productive during these tough times. If we just sit around doing nothing, there are more chances of this lockdown driving us up the wall. Which is why I suggest everyone do things that they haven’t ever done or learn new things or even develop a hobby.

It’s as my mother always told me, “An idle mind is a devil’s workshop.”
