This Bride And Her Father’s Performance To Abhi Naa Jao Chod Kar Is All Things Adorable. We’re Not Crying, You Are

For many daughters, me included, her father is the one person she is the closest to. He is a friend, a guide, a helping hand and the person to call when mom says no for something. For me, my father is the cutest person on earth, and I know he will be there for me in a heartbeat. My mother is my lifeline, but my father is my pillar of support, I guess I got damn lucky.

You know my father keeps saying that he won’t cry at my wedding, but I am willing to bet he will be the weepiest person there (after my mother, obviously who cries just thinking about it). But I can only imagine him walking me to the mandap, subtly wiping tears away which would make me cry because let’s be honest, I don’t know what I would do without him.

Another thing that I am definitely going to do at my wedding is getting a father-daughter dance in. My dad, like most normal dads, hates to dance but let’s see him say no to his little girl the day she is leaving his house forever (well, hopefully forever). I got this idea from this adorable father-daughter duo who performed to the most heart-warming song at the daughter’s wedding. PS: keep a tissue box ready, this video is a real tearjerker.

The bride Aneri Vora and her father danced on Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar at her wedding which was held at the Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. The performance is so adorable all I wanted to do was hug my dad while I was watching it. You can actually feel the connection Aneri must share with her father radiating through the video and it is the cutest thing ever.

It’s the cutest because her dad looks all sort of awkward dancing, as most dads do but then still goes through the entire performance like a champ. We’re not crying, you are!
