The Video Of A Doctor Dancing To The Song Garmi In Her PPE Kit Is The Best Way To Kick Negativity To The Curb

In my experience, the best way to deal with any kind of stress in life is by finding a way to release all that tension, and come to think of it, what better way could there be to doing that, than playing some tunes and dancing your heart out? Call it my instinct as a dancer, or just the fact that sometimes when you can’t control your emotions, getting control of your movements and  synchronising it to beats no less, really does the trick. Don’t believe us, believe this wonderful video of a doctor dancing to a song in her PPE kit, that will hit you right in the feels.

As everyone sits suffering during this situation with almost nothing new to brighten up their days, it would seem that the doctors working on the frontlines to fight this virus have it the worst. Having to spend days on end in the hospital, treating patients, with no time to spend with family or oneself, it is natural to feel burnt out. And coming to rescue for all doctors is Dr. Richa Negi, who decided to cheer everyone up with a video of her dancing to the song Garmi in her PPE Kit. We  have to give it to her for the apt choice of song!

A video that is now viral, bringing a smile to many faces, shows her putting on some of her best moves, the kind that put most of us in awe of her enthusiasm and spirit in such times, is already a hit among the netizens. The video’s caption reads, “We won’t let the negativity of the situation get to us even while serving the patients in this GARMI-ful but oh so graceful outfit.”

The video that was posted yesterday has already garnered over 3.7 lakh views and comments that are as adorable as the video itself. With some people writing, “Love these moves love the positivity,” and others dropping comments like, “Loved the dance, wish you all the best for all the amazing work,” this video is the anti-dote to all that negativity.

As the curve of the corona affected patients gets steeper by the day, we still stand unsure as to when things would go back to normal. And at such an unpredictable time, it is such little gestures, that are enough to reel us back in with added positivity and happiness to get on with our days!
