The First Look Of Hina Khan’s New Movie Has Her In A Wild Avatar And The Premise Is Extremely Interesting

As Indians, we are always extremely excited about Bollywood movies, or any movie really. Be it classic rom-com Shahrukh Khan movie or not so mainstream Nawazuddin Siddique movie, we are there with the popcorn. But lately, Bollywood box-office has seen a drop in numbers and the counters aren’t really going kaching, but then, interesting stuff is coming up. We might just be surprised this time. So, A Hina Khan movie is coming out.  Hina started out as a reality star in 2017 and since then she has been seen in various roles on television. She is mostly known for her role in Kausauti Zindagi ki 2 where she played the iconic character of Komolika.

Earlier this year, at the Cannes Film Festival, Hina unveiled her first Bollywood movies, Lines which was directed by Hussain Khan. Now she is back all set to take on the global markets with a new project, an Indo-Hollywood movie called The Country Of The Blind which is based on the best-selling novel by the same name written by acclaimed author H.G Wells. She took to IG to share her first look in the film, and we are loving its rustic, natural vibe. The movie is shot in the Himalayas and is set in the 1800’s, her look completely justifies the character she will be playing. The Country of Blind directed by Rahat Kazmi, is a movie about the residents of a village where everyone is blind but are living completely self-sufficient lives with no connection to the outside world. Hina brings to life the character of Gosha who is a tough but vision-impaired village girl. She visited a blind school workshop to completely sink into the character. The movie is shot in Hindi and English and will be released in the US and then in India.

On the work front, Hina is also shooting for Vikram Bhatt’s Hacked which will mark her debut in Bollywood.
