2. Freeletics Bodyweight — Workouts & Training
Freeletics is a blessing for the busy jet-setter who is short on time. It’s easy to squeeze in a short 5-30 minute workout based on bodyweight only. Your body is your only tool and this handy app teaches you how to train anywhere, anytime.
3. Charity Miles
I firmly believe that you don’t have to be a millionaire to make the world a better place, and apps like Charity Miles help me get my dose of good karma while I squeeze in a workout. The concept is simple: you choose a charity and for every mile you walk/bike/jog/run, a donation is made on your behalf.
4. Nike+ Training Club
From the makers of our favourite shoes comes an app that promises personal training for every fitness level, so you have no excuses whether you’re a couch potato or a gym bunny. Workouts focus on strength, endurance and mobility, with easy-to-follow coaching. We love how this app integrates the community approach to fitness and allows you to share your progress with friends.
5. Calorie Counter — My Fitness Pal
Anyone who has lost weight will tell you that 70% of your goals are obtained through a healthy diet! I depend on My Fitness Pal to help me keep track of all the food I’ve eaten through the day and maintain my nutrition goals. You can not only track calories but also macros. The best part is you can sync it with your fitness tracker (these are some of our faves) and it’ll tabulate that information as well.
So get off that couch and get ready to join the fit fam!
