Taapsee Pannu’s Latest Photoshoot Has Her Posing In Her Mumbai Apartment And She Did Her Own Hair And Makeup
We’re all trying to continue working in the best way possible, despite the restrictions imposed by the lockdown. It’s a given that some professions are managing this better than others. But for actors, whose entire profession revolves around a film set bustling with people, or a photo shoot that needs a whole crew to put together, there really aren’t any work from home options. Shoots have been put on hold, and releases have been delayed. So naturally, Mumbai’s favourite industry has had to get a little creative. Home photoshoots are the next big thing, and we’ve seen some fabulous results.
The most recent to join the celebrities experimenting with this idea is Taapsee Pannu. We know and love her from groundbreaking films like Pink, Badla, and Thappad that changed the picture of Hindi cinema. Taapsee posed for the cover of Mans World India in her bathroom, and the stunning photo was taken by her roommate Devki. Taapsee shared the picture on her Instagram account with the caption, “When you are under lockdown with your stylist, photographer, concept designer, photo editor, art director “all in one” (who also happens to be an amazing pizza chef) this is what comes out of it… Take a bow @devs213”.

And the credit is well deserved! But hey, it would be unfair for Taapsee to not give herself a share of it. She further added, “To our quarantine photo series for @mansworldindia ?? Hair MakeUp and Balancing credit goes to yours truly! #CoverGirl #MansWorld #MansWorldIndia.” With access to her own hair and makeup team almost impossible, Taapsee did her grooming herself and we say she did a kickass job.
Taapsee lives in her Mumbai house with two roommates, one being Devki, and the other her own sister, Shagun Pannu. And from what we can see, it is a beautiful apartment. Devki shared some more pictures from the at home photoshoot on her own Instagram account. Taapsee herself has not shied away from sharing photos of her apartment. It seems to be a lovely place! We would certainly love to see her do more photoshoots at home.
