Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar And The Mumbai Police Just Indulged In Some Fun Banter And Perfect For Friday!

Everyone loves celebrity gossip, those who say they don’t, are lying. We all want to know what is going on with our favourite Bollywood stars. Sometimes they indulge us with their wit and u giving us a good laugh. One of our most accomplished actors, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is someone who constantly on our feeds. We love to know what she wore where, who she is chilling with and most of all, what her next career move is. So needless to say, her newest movie The Sky Is Pink which marks the end of her 3-year-long hiatus in Bollywood, has been a part of many conversations. Surprisingly, even the Mumbai Police is talking about it. Yep, now they are into movie promotions, apparently.

There is a scene in the trailer of The Sky is Pink where Priyanka and Farhan are in hospital caring for their sick daughter when Farhan’s character says, “Ek din mein itne paise kamaunga, in cheezo ke baare mein sochna nahi padega” (One day I will earn so much money, we will not have to worry about these things.) To which Priyanka’s character Aditi replies, “EK baar Aisha theek ho jaye na toh saath mein bank lootenge.” (Once Aisha feels better, we will rob a bank together) And the Mumbai Police were quick to tack on to this dialogue.

They took this opportunity to Twitter to warn the people of the sentence they will face if they attempt a robbery. The tweet read “Seven years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393 #ColoursofLaw #TheSkyIsPink”

PeeCee had a very interesting reply to this tweet, she replied in a very amusing manner saying “Oops caught red-handed, time to activate Plan B.” She also tagged Farhan Akhtar whose reply was equally hilarious. It read, “Hahaha never planning heists on camera again.”

This hilarious internet banter which started out as a warning by the Mumbai Police against bank robberies was quickly turned into a funny conversation. The same way it was intended in the trailer, take a joke, Mumbai Police!
