So many people volunteer to clean beaches and after a week they are back to being dirty. Sea life has been under threat, the environment is at risk, but that at best is fiction to some people and to others, a fact they’d rather not be bothered by. For them, the question is after I am done drinking this bottle of cola at the beach, where do I throw it? And in one swift motion, there it goes, floating away in the waves, as if it’s a magical recycling factory. So, Pornhub decided to do its bit in making noise about this problem. We’ve come down to using sex to get people to care about the environment, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

While we cannot put a number to how much trash our marine environment has swallowed up so far, the World Ocean network estimates it is approximately 6.5 million tons every year. However, we are hoping that this unconventional initiative will help garner attention to this cause. Considering that Pornhub’s reach is global and it got over 28.5 billion visits in 2017 alone.
