Mira Rajput’s Response To Kabir Singh Proves She’s Shahid Kapoor’s Biggest Cheerleader!

Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh, also starring Kiara Advani has hit theatres today, and it has already created quite a stir. While people were expecting Shahid’s performance to be impressive by the looks of the trailer itself, after watching the movie, they have deemed it to be the best of his career.

Critics and audiences have been going gaga over the stunning portrayal of intense emotions Shahid has been able to pull off. On the other hand, wifey Mira Rajput had a rather emotional response.

Feeling proud of her husband, she took to Instagram to express her thoughts about Shahid’s performance in Kabir Singh. She captioned her post: “Aa zamane aazmaale rooth ta nahi, Faaslon se hausla ye toot’ta nahi. So proud of you baby. It’s your time to shine.” That’s super sweet, Mira! She has always been a supportive partner. We’re sure she went through several ups and downs as Shahid prepped to get into such a dark character. She saw him sweat it out; and was with him through all this toil. In that sense, she is kinda part of the journey. Her emotional response is quite understandable!

Being a sweetheart, she also went ahead and shared a picture of Shahid, Kiara and director Sandeep Vanga. Kiara responded to it with heart emojis!

Kabir Singh is a remake of Telugu film, Arjun Reddy. It is an intense love story between the characters of Shahid and Kiara, and also a tale of heartache and self-destruction. Shahid is seen indulging in intoxicating substances, sporting a bad temper and attitude, going downhill after having his heart broken. Although this promises to be Shahid’s best performance so far, we hope Kabir Singh’s character doesn’t inspire the youth of our country to go equally crazy over unrequited love.
