Luka Chuppi Addresses The Taboos Around Live In Relationships In The Most Fun Way!

Have you considered living in with your partner? You know, as a trailer to the whole marriage thing?

Bet you had a few expectations from it. Like what it would involve. Dreams about how you would spend your day and all that. How wonderful it would be to wake up next to each other.  Obviously, you weren’t expecting families to get involved. But what if they do? This is exactly what Luka Chuppi, Laxman Utekar’s upcoming romantic comedy that stars Kartik Aryan and Kriti Sanon aims to address.

The two characters explore the world of  a live in relationship, pulling it out of the taboo section and putting it plum into mainstream. The trailer follows the story of two lovers – Kriti and Kartik who want to try out living together, before they tie the knot.

But it’s not all violins and roses for them, they quickly learn. Possibly because they hide this pivotal detail from their families. What ensues is captured in the one line of Kriti’s character. “This is the world’s first live-in relationship in which the entire family stays with the couple,” she remarks.  This one is a definite first for us too!

Safe to say we are expecting a lot of drama, confusion and humour from this one.
