Katrina Kaif Posted A BTS From Sooryavanshi And We Think The Cars Can Really Act!

It was a usual Monday for us at Hauterfly. Rushing to work bogged down by Monday blues, discussing how our weekend went and casually scrolling through Instagram and catching up on stuff about Bollywood. Except, today, this post that Katrina Kaif put on her IG. We understand that promoting a movie is natural to someone starring in it, but when the whole video has not even a second of you in it, it can throw the audience off a little bit.

Katrina Kaif, who recently starred alongside of actor Salman Khan in the movie Bharat, posted a behind the scenes, action sequence for the upcoming movie – Sooryavanshi- and we honestly did not know what to make of it. First of all because, all it had was cars…and one helicopter, but that’s that. Cars of different sizes, different colours, flying on top of each other, defying the laws of gravity, enough to let us know that it had something to do with director Rohit Shetty. But we don’t want to be critical. If there was an acting awards for cars, these guys would win.

The short snippet took us through the clippings of Akshay Kumar and director Rohit Shetty, brainstorming and then subsequently performing rather dangerous and adrenaline pumping stunts with their team for the movie Sooryavanshi. From him zooming on a bike midst racing cars, to literally climbing a helicopter off a running bike, without harness, the video left us with our hearts in our mouth. Akshay Kumar was also seen posting the same video on his IG, captioning it, “From the day acting became my destiny, action has been my lifeline. Pure, unadulterated action in #Sooryavanshi will tell you’ll why it still fires up my core.” As it does ours, Akshay.

The movie that is set to take us through Rohit Shetty’s cop universe, will be starring Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar, after their last movie De Dana Dan in 2009, has clearly started making buzz for its release due next year in March. Katrina was earlier spotted on the sets for Sooryavanshi in a wet, towel clad appearance, for the making of the remake of – Tip tip barsa paani, and we honestly can’t wait to see how that comes out. Hopefully, well.

Karan Johar, has also posted the video on his account, tagging Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn, which makes us wonder if we should be looking forward to prominent roles or perhaps an entertaining cameo from the two. Rest assured, this little snippet, however funny on Kat’s account, has caught our attention and got us biting our nails for some more action!
