Katrina Kaif and Arjun Kapoor’s Witty Internet Banter Is Proof That They Are Really Good Friends. We Love It
There are very few things in this world my best friend and I haven’t experienced together. From studying for exams to holding each other’s hair back while one of us pukes our intestines out, we have seen it all, together. All the ups and downs that come with any friendship. Though one thing that never changes is the way we address each other, she calls me “aye kutti” (hey, bitch) to which I respond with a “kya moti” (what, fatty). That’s what it’s about, right? Being so comfortable around your friends that you don’t have to think twice before speaking your mind. That is the universal barometer for friendship, isn’t it? Seems to us our stars understand this perfectly. Candidly trolling each other on IG has become the new trend and we all for this public display of friendship.

Arjun Kapoor is at it again, his and Katrina Kaif’s adorable internet banter has been on for a while now. Earlier today, Kat posted a gorgeous picture of herself chilling at home with a coffee mug emoji. Arjun commented saying “The emoji has nothing to do with the picture Katrina… is that a clue for Karan to join u for Koffee on Takht ???” He referenced Karan Johar’s upcoming movie Takht which has an array of stars like Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. She replied to the comment saying, “This is the body language when one drinks coffee.” Arjun with a nice save added “Btw just joking, don’t be firing me later loving the vibe though…”

This isn’t the first time these two have indulged in this kind of humorous banter. This week, Finding Fanny which stared Arjun Kapoor and Deepika Padukone completed five years. To commemorate the movie, Arjun posted a collage video of himself with the cast and crew, Katrina commented saying “Look at you” trying to say that he was way slimmer back then. Arjun gave it right back to her saying “ummm that would be ideal…” We can’t stop laughing at this one.
When Katrina vacationed in Mexico this year to celebrate her birthday, she posted a picture of herself by the beach, Arjun commented on the picture saying “U’ve basically gone for a photoshoot.” Realizing he should be nicer to her on her birthday he posted a cuter comment which read, “Ok on ur birthday I shall be nice Katrina. Have a super birthday ur a mad kind goofy soul and I love u because of ur nonsense not despite it.” Before that, Kat had posted a picture of herself posing against a wall, Arjun trolled her again saying, “Watch where you are going girl! Hope you didn’t walk into the pillar while posing.” Katrina was quick to respond to that saying, “Ill be careful.” Their amusingly cute friendship has truly given us friendship goals and we are all for it.

On the work front, Katrina is currently working on Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar which will release in 2020. Arjun, on the other hand, is working on Panipat with Sanjay Dutt. We are waiting to see the two of them star in a movie together, what fun film that will be.
