Ever since Sara revealed on Koffee with Karan that she has a crush on Kartik, there’s been so much buzz surrounding the two. From Ranveer Singh going ahead and introducing them at an award show to being cast together for Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2, they have been getting nods from the universe in multiple ways.
So recently Kartik shared a picture of him looking gloomy on Instagram, with the caption, “If ‘I miss you’ had a face.” Of course, netizens were quick to jump to conclusions and spelled it out for him! Users teased him asking if he was missing Sara, and honestly, we believe this post was for her!

Soon, the post was flooded with adorable comments that probably had him blushing like a teenager! A user wrote, “Miss you? Who? Sara?” Another one said, “I guess you are missing those shooting days of #LoveAajKal.” The duo completed the shoot of Love Aaj Kal 2 earlier this month, post which Sara took off for a vacation in London with fam. Now, who else could the lover boy be missing?
The duo were often spotted having fun times, laughing away in the backseat of a car, going on bike rides and working out together. Of course, he’d be missing the sunshine that Sara Ali Khan is. It warms our heart to see how this love story is progressing!

In fact, when the shoot got wrapped up, Sara Ali Khan took to Instagram to write a heartfelt note for Kartik. She wrote, “Thank you Kartik for instantly making me comfortable with you, for selflessly giving and for consistently looking out for me. From coffee’s about you to chai’s with you, I wish we could do it all over again. Kartik too, shared a picture of them with a caption, “And couldn’t have asked for a better saathi in this journey than Princess @saraalikhan95.” He further added that he’d like to work with Sara a lot more times, “Want to work with you again and again and again.”
Meanwhile, Kartik was also linked with Ananya Panday, who shot with him for Pati Patni Aur Woh. Even Ananya had openly expressed having a crush on Kartik, and since then, their fans have been pitting the two young actresses against each other. However, when recently she was asked, who’d look better with Kartik, Ananya had a rather cheeky response. She said, “I think he looks good with everyone. He is such a good looking guy. So yeah, it’s cute. (But) who’s voting for who? I’m not checking.”
