Kangana Ranaut Absolutely Kills It With Her Look In Wakhra Swag And We Are Playing It On Loop

Kangana Ranaut Absolutely Kills It With Her Look In Wakhra Swag And We Are Playing It On Loop

I, by the power vested in me by the audiences with bleeding ears, rename Bollywood to Washing Machine. This is because by this time, I have seen a lot of old Bollywood songs getting turned into new and yet not-so-different versions of remixes. But one song that may have after all, modified itself into a new and exciting number is Judgemental Hai Kya‘s latest song – Wakhra Swag- that has dropped in just a few hours ago.

The original song that was composed by Badshah and Navv Inder back in 2015, has been picked up for the upcoming movie, where both Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut look fierce and ready to murder each other but with smiles plastered on their faces. Even the lyrics seem like a war of words. Completely immersing themselves into their characters of Bobby and Keshav, as revealed in the trailer a few weeks back, the two can be seen decked up in Gucci and Armani, to vibe with the song’s mood, all the while being wary of each other, by literally holding a fork and knife to each other’s backs.

While the original song was flowy with a rap infusion, this one comes off with a little bit of international mix, as the rap legit reminds us of the way Cardi B usually takes up her stance in a song. A song that is definitely as much fun as the trailer has been, could without a shadow of a doubt become Kangana Ranaut’s personal anthem. The actress absolutely owns the song with her game face and her daring looks.

The song, just like the trailer, has its high points that leave us giggling, with Ranaut walking away with Rajkummar Rao’s pants and honestly, the two light up the screen with their chemistry. Even the song’s storyline is laden with intrigue and is riveting. Not your average party song this. Ekta Kapoor, also took to twitter to share the song and captioned it, “Dey r here 2 drop d swag.”

The song has been sung by Navv Inder, Lisa Mishra and American-Indian rapper Raja Kumari, and choreographed by the DID judge, Bosco Martis. The new and kicking composition is by Tanishk Bagchi and this song may as well give Psycho Saiyaan a tough competition, another song in the predicted lineup of top hit songs of 2019.
