Indonesian Woman Claims A Gust Of Wind That Entered Her Vagina Got Her Pregnant

When you hang out on Google, social media and Youtube as much as I do, you are bound to come across some extremely bizarre nonsense. Granted, these things are always very entertaining but they also get you thinking about how clueless some people can be sometimes. For instance, today we are talking about a girl in Indonesia who believes that a gust of wind knocked her up. It’s probably one of the most bizarre things I have ever heard. I mean, who would possibly believe that?

25-year-old Siti Zainah claimed that a gust of wind entered her vagina and impregnated her. If that isn’t absurd enough, she says that she was knocked up just an hour before she gave birth. According to reports, she gave birth to a baby girl in the town of Cianjur, in the southern Indonesian province of West Java.

Siti told the local reporters that she was in the living room when a gust of wind blew across her house. Merely 15 minutes later she began experiencing contraction-like pains and her stomach grew very big. That’s when she realized that she was in labour. Siti was rushed to a local clinic where she gave birth to her daughter. Erm, this is weird, isn’t it? How can she possibly believe she was impregnated by a gust of wind??

Local newspapers quoted Siti saying, “After afternoon prayer, I was lying face down, and then suddenly I felt a gust of wind enter my vagina.”

News of her bizarre Virgin-Mary-like pregnancy spread fast and eventually, Siti went viral on social media. Local authorities visited her to investigate and put a stop to all the rumours that were circulating. A police spokesperson said, “The point is that we want to straighten out the confusing news about the pregnant woman who gave birth in a way perceived to be unnatural. We don’t want this matter to foster wild rumours among the public.”

I think we all know what happens when rubbish rumours like these are allowed to run wild. Hopefully, the police can get to the bottom of Siti’s story and the gust of wind that has the magical ability to impregnate women. Until then, Eman Sulaeman, director of Cidaun’s community clinic is offering an explanation that makes much more sense.

According to Eman, Siti experienced a cryptic pregnancy. This is a concept where the woman has no idea she is pregnant until she goes into labour. Well, at least it makes so much more sense than a gust of wind entering the vagina. Eman said, “I went to the location with the sub-precinct chief and district head. The mother and baby are in a healthy condition and the birth process was normal. The baby’s gender is female and she weighs 2.9 kilogrammes.”

This entire incident is beyond bizarre but it’s still so hilarious!
