Taurus this week runs the balancing act, both on the work and home fronts. On one hand you find yourself in a position of power – particularly the power to motivate people to do better and do more. You are a source of inspiration not just for your importance in the company but also for your hard work. The best way to lead is by example, and you’ve never been one to shy away from getting their hands dirty!

Gemini

You may find yourself in a tough position this week Gemini but the important thing here is that you also need to acknowledge your own part in the situation. Whether directly or indirectly you have chosen the path that has led you to the current state of affairs – but the thing to remember is that you’re still human and ultimately are allowed to make mistakes. This week for Libra is a new experience, of taking control and being the alpha-in-charge.
