Anybody who knows me, knows that I am a very difficult person to please. There are only a handful of things that I enjoy on a personal level. I am the opposite of what they call a ‘people person’, and if anything, I am more of an animal person. Especially the kind that are famous and just as grumpy as I am on most days.
For those of you who are living under a rock, this is in regards to and in loving memory of one of the internet’s most famous celebrities – the grumpy cat. Her memes, that were all kinds of relatable and had gotten a wide hanger-like smile across most faces including my own, is now resting in peace as she passed away this week due to some complications caused by a urinary tract infection. Her owners announced the news on her IG handle with a heartfelt downpour of words that made us sob for the cherished internet star cat.

The cat, that was originally named Tardar Sauce and got famous after a post about her on reddit went viral in 2012, passed away at the age of 7 years old, and has left the internet in state of digital grief. From memes to pictures, the cat enjoyed a good taste of fame while she was alive, and was world renowned for her purr-fect memes and the most grumpiest face ever seen.
