Greta Thunberg Gives It Back To Donald Trump For His Tweet In The Most Epic Way Possible And We’re Living For It
When you are the president of the world’s superpowers, there are certain things that you need to adhere to. And the first rule of the job is to build the people who are trying everything in their power to make the world a better place, up. Not sarcastically mock them on social media. It isn’t funny, it isn’t cool and frankly, it is very petty. But what else can you expect from a man who is famous for his lewd comments on women?
It isn’t tough to guess who we are talking about. Donald Trump, the president of the USA is an egotistical, narcissistic, privileged 73-year-old man who thinks it is okay to go after a 16-year-old world-renowned climate-change activist with Asperger’s Syndrome, Greta Thunberg on Twitter.
On Thursday, when a House committee set the stage for his impeachment, Trump found enough time to insult Greta after she was named Time’s Person Of The Year. Reports say that this is an honour that Trump has coveted for many years. So, we are assuming when a 16-year-old girl “trumped” him he lashed out at her on social media. Very President like. Why is he getting impeached again?

The tweet that Trump fired off to his 60+ million followers read “So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old-fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!”
If the last few years have proven anything, then it is that Trump is a bully. At this very given moment, he is probably the world’s most powerful man. But nope, he has no qualms about insulting a young girl who is only trying to make this world livable by spreading awareness about climate change. I mean, did he seriously just tell one of the greatest minds of our time to “watch an old-fashioned movie with a friend”? Shouldn’t he be focusing on not getting impeached from office rather than being utterly and absolutely idiotic? Then, of course, Trump has always been known to have his priorities right.
Obviously, Greta being the strong and opinionated activist that she is, wasn’t going to just sit quietly around. Her comeback was smart, funny and epic. Once Trump posted this tweet, Great changed her Twitter bio to “A teenager working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend.” We laughed so hard at this. More power to Greta!

This isn’t even the first time Trump has gone after Greta on social media. Do you remember Greta’s “How dare you” speech at the UN? Of course you do, that speech will go down in history as one of the most powerful speeches. After that Trump took to Twitter to say “She seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!” And once again, Greta referred to herself using Trump’s words in her Twitter bio.
What kind of a man bully’s a young girl on social media? Human decency does not condone online bullying and especially not a 16-year-old girl, no matter what the situation is. There is no justification for behaviour like this, much less from the President of USA. He needs to look into his wife’s campaign against cyberbullying. Maybe he will actually learn something!
