Mansi’s Colourful Wall Art Will Brighten Up A Dreary Room
As an artist, my surroundings matter to me. A LOT. I take a keen interest in decorating my space, be it my room or my desk. The point is that I should feel creatively charged to get into the right frame of mind to work. That’s probably why I’m very particular about what I’m surrounding myself with. Every knick knack is picked after much consideration and deliberation. I am a firm believer in positive vibes, and I appreciate things that inspire my creative energy.
Art has the ability to fire up your imagination, which is something I heavily bank on as a graphic designer. Now a painting by any major artist is beyond what my bank account will allow me, but some great wall art is definitely something I can save up for. And I’ve been on the lookout for a nice piece that will brighten up my space, but zeroing in on the perfect one has been nothing short of a Herculean task. That is until I chanced upon this beauty from India Circus.
Called Floral Avenues, this wall art is a riot of colour. The bold red hue highlighted with purple and yellow symbolises raw energy and the warm tones promote endless creativity. I especially love the floral elements superimposed on the reflection of the delicate lattice work of the arched doors. This is a statement-making piece of art for sure. Put it on a bare wall as an accent and it will liven up the entire space. I think I’m going to put this up near my desk at work, where I spend most of my waking hours. But this will also suit an airy, spacious living room. All I can think of is white walls and huge comfy chairs, with an assortment of cushions thrown over a Turkish rug. The results would be spellbinding. Now there’s an idea!
