Bollywood Makeup Artist Daniel Bauer Married His Boyfriend Tyrone Barganza In Goa And It’s Such A Heart-Warming Story
This winter has been all about celebrating. Whether it was celebrating a Saturday night, a chilly holiday, the new year or even the numerous weddings that I have been getting invited to, it’s been pretty exciting. And then celebrating a few weddings which I wasn’t invited to, but still was excited about. Like that of Bollywood’s famous make-up artist Daniel Bauer and his now husband, Tyrone Braganza, who recently tied the knot in Goa in a series of Hindu traditions and ceremonies.
A love story that dates back a few years, Daniel and Tyrone had been with each other for quite some time before they realised they decided to tie the knot. Daniel is known in Bollywood for his make-up artistry and Tyrone is an HR Manager for the Royal Caribbean International Cruise. They met at The Banana Bar in Khar, Mumbai, and soon fell for each other and just like that, before they knew it, they were at the altar. Okay, I took all the romance out of that! Though the couple had a wedding last year in July in Frankfurt, Germany, they decided one simply wasn’t enough. And so we got to witness the gorgeous and heart-warming wedding that they carried out with Hindu traditions on Saturday in Goa.

Dressed in matching ivory kurta pyjamas paired with pink dupattas and sparkling turbans, the two were a vision to look at. The ceremonies included haldi, mehendi and the of course, the pheras around the agni kund, where the two swore their love to each other. And honestly, it’s been making us smile all morning.
Till recently, the LGBTQ+ community had to fight tooth and nail to be even considered mainstream and for their love to not be a criminal act. With Section 377 taken down and done away with, we love the community is out there celebrating their love. Daniel’s wedding hasn’t just come across as a celebration of love but also celebration of change and acceptance, and it’s the kind of thing that’s making our Monday morning.

Friend and actress Katrina Kaif was also in attendance at the wedding in Goa and in fact, gave an impressive performance on her own song – Afghan Jalebi. She shared pictures of the happy couple, and looked stunning herself in a sequinned crop top and skirt. And what do rules have to do with love. Daniel and Tyrone arrived together with their baraat, riding an elephant and making most of the moment. Daniel even gave a performance of his own with his friends at his wedding.
