Summer Fitness Series: 5 Body Sculpting Exercises For A Bikini Bod!
Welcome to the second part of our Summer Fitness Series, in this tutorial you will sculpt and tone your body. Want a bikini-ready body? Get started already! This Body Sculpting routine consists of:
- 5 exercises
- 30 secs exercise
- 30 secs rest
These exercises are broken down into beginner and advanced versions, so aim to do whichever one you are comfortable with. Your goal is to do 3 rounds of the following exercises.
1. Beginner: Burpee
Advanced: Burpee With A Tuck Jump
2. Beginner: Cross Over Push Up On Knees
Advanced: Cross Over Push Up On Toes
3. Beginner: 90 Degree Squat Jumps
Advanced: . 180 Degree Squat Jumps
4. Beginner: Lunges
Advanced: Split Lunges
5. Beginner: Mountain Climbers
Advanced: Wall Mountain Climbers
