Sonakshi Sinha Reveals The Core Workout That’s Responsible For Her Hot AF Abs

So with all that motivation, there’s really no excuse. Our latest fitness inspiration comes from Sonakshi Sinha, who’s busy sweating it out!

The actress has had an amazing body transformation over the years and is legit inspiration for every curvy girl out there. She took to Instagram recently and shared a video of her doing Pilates. This will definitely give you the mid-week motivation you need!

The workout Sonakshi showcases in the video actually works on developing core strength, and if you keep at it, you’re bound to get those abs you’ve been dreaming of!

Before Sonakshi Sinha made a mark in the industry with her gorgeous desi looks, and acting chops, she actually weighed around 90 kilos. Yes, you read that right! The actor went through a weight loss transformation and managed to lose 30 kilos. It was not easy for Sonakshi, but her super toned body probably makes it all worthwhile!
