Actress Rakul Preet Singh has established a niche for herself in south Indian movie industry as well as Bollywood. But she’s also a fitness enthusiast, something not many people know about her. It’s no wonder then that she looked so fit in her current film De De Pyaar De!
She began modelling at 18 and went on to pursue a career in the south Indian movie industry. Rakul is a former pageant girl and was a part of Femina Miss India 2011. She didn’t end up winning the title but grabbed many eyeballs. Rakul made her Bollywood debut in the 2014 film Yaariyan in which her performance was received well.

When she has the time, she works out six days a week. Despite being a foodie, her dedication towards her rigorous workout is the reason she looks the way she does.
Rakul’s high intensity workout includes aerial Yoga, cardio, cycling, kickboxing, functional, Pilates and skipping for 25 minutes at least. Rakul feels dance has helped her burn the required fat and is her favourite form of cardio.
