It’s a good time to be in Bollywood. Films are bursting with brilliant scripts and crazy dance numbers, with several trying to recreate the glory of the past. Some songs have done this successfully, some of them had us wishing they wouldn’t butcher our favourite numbers in this manner. But one song that got it right was Dilbar. The original had Sushmita Sen shaking a leg and this one has a very fit Nora Fatehi. The actress looked ravishing and her belly dancing moves had us swooning. But more importantly, it was her abs that had us glued. Nora is one of the fittest celebrities (you can tell!) and she’s obsessed with dance and working out. Don’t forget to check her Instagram if you were planning to skip your workout and order some pizza.

Nora Fatehi was a part of the reality show Bigg Boss 9 and thereafter was a contestant in the dance show Jhalak Dikhhla jaa. She gained immense popularity and love with the remake version of the song Dilbar. “I’m going to break that barrier of foreigners can’t act or they don’t know Hindi or they have limitations,” said Nora Fatehi in an interview. We can only wait to see how she does that.

Nora Fatehi’s Workout routine

Nora’s fitness routine includes pole dancing, belly dancing, pilates, functional training and weight lifting. She posts videos of her dancing and enjoying her rehearsals for various dance performances on Instagram. This is probably the secret to her fit and toned body. “I don’t regularly workout or hit the gym as I tend to lose weight very easily. I use to do pilates which I found great for toning up but I love a bit of thickness especially in the lower body,” said Nora in an interview. TBH,  we envy her metabolism.

The stunner manages to make time and never misses a chance to dance. She swears on any form of dance to look fit. Belly dance helps her tone her flabby muscle, obliques, and the muscles of lower back, legs and arms. Interestingly, Nora wasn’t trained in any form of dance and claims it to be the outcome of sheer practice. She’s also been practicing pole dancing. It’s a great core workout and is also equivalent to an effective cardio routine at the gym!

Nora Fatehi’s Diet Plan

About her diet plans, Nora said, “I don’t follow any diet plan and I never have. Food for me is something I enjoy so I eat whatever I like. That includes carbs and desserts too. I admit I do eat junk like pizzas, burgers and whatever else makes me happy.”

Norah struggled with gaining weight in the beginning but today she’s in the best shape she’s ever been. She doesn’t restrict herself when it comes to food nor follows a strict diet, unless the film or the role demands that.
