Simi’s Steals: The Striped Bandana Look
One universal fashion problem for most girls is, “What do I wear today?” This question has the power to reduce us to a hysterical mess. Fashionista or not, nobody wants sartorial answers that cost a fortune. And let’s just be honest, you’re THE style star if you know how to dress to the nines on a budget. So I’ve taken up this Herculean task: Every Saturday, I’ll round up a budget-friendly ensemble for you, all BELOW Rs 10,000. Yes! It’s going to be an entire outfit — from head-to-toe — without breaking the bank. Quite a challenge, right? Scroll down to shop this budget ensemble, and don’t forget to come back every Saturday to discover an outfit that’s yet another steal!
You know when Coachella happened this year, the one style that emerged was the bandana. To be honest, while the past season stylistas still stuck to their floral crowns and chokers, we noticed the IT girls either tying a bandana as a neck scarf, wrapping it as a headgear if they didn’t think of decorating their bag handle with the rectangular piece of clothing. A bandana is one accessory that adds a cool factor to your ensemble. What’s best is you can go sans any other accessories when you’re wearing a bandana, because it clearly is THE statement piece of the attire.
So, for this week’s Style Steals, my key piece is a striped bandana that I found at Zara. I’ve teamed the accessory with a denim crop top and a pair of jeans from Mango. Style it with a pair of ghillie blocked heels from Forever New and complete the look with some stacked rings. Add that stunning shoulder bag to add around and you’re good to go!
