Tommy Hilfiger Launches Adaptive Clothing For The Differently Abled

Inclusivity and democratization is the order of the season! Every fashion brand is getting on board, making clothing for all, not just for a certain demographic or body type. While we have options for chic clothes ranging from a size 2 to a size 25, there are still certain segments that are neglected.

Tommy Hilfiger is taking a step forward and has launched adaptive clothing for differently abled adults, or adults who have physical disabilities.

The collection has 37 styles for men and 34 styles for women, and the styles are true to Tommy Hilfiger’s style aesthetic.

The clothes have features like magnetic zippers, Velcro closures and adjustable hems, among others — that make them easier to put on and take off for people who have a limb difference or need to accommodate a prosthesis or a leg brace, for instance.

Isn’t this amazing! Tommy truly is taking inclusive fashion one step forward. What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments below.
