Sonam Kapoor And Katrina Kaif Turned Up In Pantsuits For The GQ Best Dressed Party And We Love It
In a sea of celebrity events, The #GQBestDressed party has remained a novelty with its theme. The evening features celebs decked out in their interesting best, there are no restrictions. Which also means that we can expect the likes of Sonam Kapoor to experiment. And they did not disappoint. In fact, this year, it got more exciting because plenty of women decided to ditch the glitzy ballgowns for sexy pantsuits and we loved every minute of it. The thing is, these weren’t even the usual suspects. Huma Qureshi rocked one. As did Malaika Arora. And they each did their own take on it. We are so on board. Now only if we had an event like this to attend. *rummages through closet for invites*
What also stood out was that these ladies chose unconventional colours for their pantsuits. Clearly, the mandate was to not be held to ransom by the slimming power of black and boy are we glad that they decided to wear these pantsuits. Take a look.

#AboutLastNight: It's a given that @sonamkapoor & @anandahuja will always win the sneaker game. Turns out, they're aces at suits, too. #GQBestDressed _______________________________________ #SonamKapoor #SonamKapoorAhuja #AnandAhuja #SuitAmdSneakers #Sneakers #Suit #Fenty #Couple #Latergram #Throwback #GQIndia #StyleFlex
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja And Anand Ahuja Twinning In Baggy Suits
Sonam and Anand channelled their love for baggy suits and sneakers at the event in matching suits that looked straight out of a 70s gangster flick! Both of them were wear Fenty and we are envious.
Huma Qureshi And Her Bad-Barbie Dreams
Huma Qureshi pulled off the trickiest blinged-out jumpsuit we have seen in a while. The snug fit complemented her envious curves perfectly and we so dig that no-nonsense vibe from her.
Katrina Kaif In’Vested’ In A Chic Pantsuit
Katrina Kaif opted for the classic vest for her GQ look and it’s so fine. The deep red hue is unconventional for a glitzy party in a basement but boy does it work.
Sobhita Dhulipala Redefining ‘Suave’
Another power suit moment we loved was actress/model Sobhita Dhulipala in a loose blazer suit. More power to gender-neutral suits, we love these bad boys!
The event had a few other fashion moments that deserve a mention before we move on to the next stylish event!

Sanya Malhotra turned up in a dress made of a PVC bustier. Hats off to her for venturing into that zone in this crazy Bombay heat. She probably had to peel that off herself after the event.
Tamannaah Bhatia showed leather some love in a mini jacket dress and we loved everything about it. Including those ruched sleeves which , just, we aren’t sure.
Nushrat Bharucha was a risque outfit with sneaky sheer panelling and cut-outs and we loved the way she pulled it off with such ease!
Shruti Haasan’s all-black avatar makes us wonder why we don’t see her come out with fabulous looks more often. Plus, those half-and-half stilettos look damn good.
Kubbra Sait has her own set of rules when it comes to fashion and it results in style sightings that make leave us delightfully confused. She turned up in a tiara for a cool party. Now that calls for major props! Or wait, is it a prop? We can only guess.
