Shraddha Kapoor Channels The Shabby Wizard Look At The Airport And As Muggles, We Don’t Love It

Harry Potter and his wizarding friends have a lot of fans and we think Shraddha Kapoor might the one of them. Nope, we have not seen her cast a spell or levitate but her fashion has got us thinking that she might some have some wizarding talent or perhaps a wand hidden somewhere. We say this because she was recently spotted in this outfit which, you have to admit, looks like she may have stepped out of Hogwarts. The glasses and that shawl are further confirming our suspicion.

Shraddha, Hermione called and she’s wondering if anyone’s seen her robes. Now, we aren’t snitches (geddit?) so we didn’t say anything but you might need to return this outfit once you get home.

We are going to put it out there, this isn’t a look we loved. I mean, Deepika Padukone, Kangana and Alia have aced their airport fashion game and this look didn’t cut it for us. The pants are too baggy, the colours too dull and the shrug needed a belt to give her some shape. But then, we love how carefree she looks. Shraddha looks like she doesn’t have a stitch of makeup on, her bag is the kind where you can throw in literally everything you need and there’s something deeply relatable about this look. We think she looked quite nerdy as well and that got us thinking.

Turns out, this is not the first time Shraddha has veered towards nerdy girl fashion. In fact, a lot of her pictures on her Instagram account have her flaunting these glasses that are firmly in the ‘nerdy’ category.

She knows how to glam it up, of course. She wear the flouncy dresses with pretty laces also but then again, you can spot her in these Simpson pyjamas and easy going t-shirt, and it’s clear that she won’t be slotted into a stereotype.

Then again, she wears a beanie and channels her cute side with such nonchalance, we are going ‘aww’. we can’t think of a single actress who straddles cute, sexy and studious the way Shraddha does.

On the work front, Shraddha will be next seen in Saaho where she’s paired with Prabhas with Neil Nitin Mukesh playing a key role in the movie as well. The movie is touted as an action thriller but there are barely any scenes in the trailer with Shraddha throwing any punches so we aren’t entirely sure that this is ‘her’ action film.
