The Sabyasachi X Forevermark Collection Is Here…On Instagram!

Ace designer Sabyasachi REALLY knows how to showcase his collections the millenial way. Inviting all his Instagram followers to his collaboration with fine diamond jewellery label, Forevermark, he insta’d the collection on his page. Zanyah by Sabyasachi Mukherjee is an elegant and classy dream come alive, the campaign of which gives off the same authentic vibe.

In one of the posts, the maestro stated, “As a child, I would accompany my mother to the clubs of Calcutta. Between Mrs. Chatterjee’s long sips of Darjeeling, sultry summer afternoons of Mahjong in her crisp Organza sarees, her enamelled rings would wink at me.”

The collection has a mix of Bengal craftsmanship that is elegantly infused into Italian essences. Resonating elements of high-fashion in the earrings and elegant classics in the rings, the Sabyasachi x Forevermark collection varies between 1 and 10 karat diamonds.

“I like diamonds set in a mixture of white, rose, and yellow gold. They give an aura of time gone by and make them personal,” he said in another post.

Enamelling is one of the only techniques which cannot be replicated by a machine and that’s what the designer wanted to bring forward — that each and every piece is delicately handcrafted.
