Deepika And Ananya Show Us Two Ways To Style A Denim Jumpsuit. We Love Both, Actually

It seems quite fitting to wear a jumpsuit while flying. They are literally named after the flight suits worn by parachuters on their jumps. Also, the fact that they are super comfortable and stylish isn’t lost on us. That is why we are quite excited about the denim jumpsuit having its moment in the limelight with two uniquely styled looks on the same weekend!

Deepika Padukone is on her way to the MET Gala and flew out of Mumbai in a boxy jumpsuit from Agolde.

Deepika’s Dressy Jumpsuit

Deepika paired her belted jumpsuit with statement hot pink Balenciaga stilettos and a Celine bag. She chose to wear her go-to round frame sunglasses, this time with a dark gradient that went perfectly with her black bag. This dressier version of a denim jumpsuit is refreshing since it is usually styled casually. We love how Deepika’s entire look is basic but one that she elevates with just a touch of neon heels. This look is testament to how one statement accessory can turn an outfit from casual to va-va-voom.

Ananya’s Casual Jumpsuit

The very next day, though, we had debutante Ananya Panday in her acid-washed denim jumpsuit from Topshop. The actress has been the talk of the town now that the SOTY 2 trailers have hit the internet and the movie is slated for a release. Most of the chatter is about her style and we can say that although she is still on a learning curve, this denim outing from her is quite cool. It always gives us our second kind of denim jumpsuit style, the one with sneakers, a sling and some retro frames. Although we have second thoughts about Ananya’s mule sneakers, this laid-back casual chic version of the jumpsuit is one of our favourite looks from her.
