Aindrila Is Kicking Up Her Summer Style With These Pom Pom Sandals

I have a thing for shoes. TBH, which fashion conscious woman doesn’t, right? And I have no qualms in admitting that my preciously curated shoe closet has some items that I treasure with pride. While a few of them are classics (read: the red soles of Louboutin or the white Stan Smiths), there are also quite a few that are totally trendy and everything girlie.

Come summer, my shoe preference is slowly but surely shifting from evergreen white trainers to sandals. Who wants sweaty, smelly feet thanks to closed shoes when the temperature is close to 40 degrees? Hence my need for some cute sandals is very legit.

So the timing was perfect when I stumbled upon this pair of totally adorable black suede flat sandals with pom pom detailing from ASOS. A) It’s black, and that happens to be MY colour, and B) It has pom poms! Who in their right frame of mind doesn’t love cute and quirky detailing? I didn’t really have a second thought before giving into this dainty pair. Wear ’em with shorts or an LBD, and you’re all set to put your most fashionable foot forward this summer.

This ASOS pair from Manchester-based label Glamorous has real leather uppers with lace-up fastening. It has an embroidered strap and flat sole and spells comfort to the ‘t’. Decently priced at under 2k, I’m totally gonna flaunt these for those fun evenings out with my girlfriends.
