1 Piece, 3 Ways: How To Rock The Celebrity-Approved Trend, Embroidered Jeans

By  |

So I went to the new Zara store at Fort over the weekend and spotted rows upon rows and racks upon racks of jeans. But they weren’t your regular, everyday denims. As it turns out, like those chokers, your embroidered jeans from the ’90s are back, and are definitely having a moment right now.

How do I know? Well, if Zara wasn’t proof enough, celebrities have been sporting denims with floral and abstract embroideries on them for a few weeks now, and you’ve got to admit, they’re looking super fine.

So Alia Bhatt and Athiya Shetty both did the obvious and chose to wear their jeans with a shirt. But there are so many ways to wear them, because hey, they’re just glammed up denims after all, right?

If you’re thinking of buying a pair, or already have one, here are 3 ways to style your embroidered jeans.

1. White On White

A great way to stay stylish and cool this summer is to wear all white. And as an added bonus, those white embroidered jeans will definitely do the trick. Pair yours with a knotted front blouse, like this one, and a tan sling. The best part: you could totally wear this to brunch!

2. Summer Holiday Uniform

Your holiday uniform this season has got to involve not only those embroidered jeans, but also a printed scarf. Wear it on your head as a headband, on your neck as a choker, or even wrapped around your wrist — it’s bound to make a statement.
