Among the puppy faces, face-swaps, and cowboy filter craze, Emma Young, an 18-year-old girl in America used her Snapchat account to virtually fake the perfect manicure.
While waiting around in a nail salon, she simply snapped a pic of the sample colour chart (you know those creepy looking acrylic nails), and used the sticker feature of the app to paste it on to a picture of her hands.
This way, you don’t need to actually try on the nail colour to know whether you like it or not. Sometimes, even when you do try on the nail colour, the hassle of waiting till it dried and the fear of smudging it is enough to put you off it forever. But this hack is instant and totally mess free.
