Neon Liner: Would You Dare To Try This Trend?

Let Beccaboo show you how to recreate the trend.
You’ll need a bright, neon, electric kind of eyeshadow to begin with. A palette with pastel shades work well.
You can use any liner of your choice along your lids, preferably a stand-out, electric hue.
