Rub On Some Aloe Vera

If there was a magical ingredient that is a solution to all of life’s problems, this would be it. Aloe vera is nature’s way of saying, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Rub aloe vera on the stretch marks, let it stay there for a bit, and then wash it off. The stretch marks should lighten up soon enough.

Drink Loads Of Water

We can’t say this enough. Drinking water is the best thing you can do for your skin. Okay, we are saying it one more time. But keeping your skin hydrated from within is a great way to keep stretch marks at bay.

Skip The Crash Diets

Sudden weight loss or weight gain isn’t good for you in many, many ways. And one of the reasons is that it could give you stretch marks. Eating healthy, and working out regularly may not be your preferred way to lose or put on weight, but hey, you can actually prevent stretch marks this way. So that’s always a good idea.

Exfoliate Regularly

Now, now, you’ve heard this before, but it could help your stretch marks. Bet you didn’t know that. Exfoliating your skin regularly can help reduce stretch marks. Use sugar to buff away dead skin and improve circulation. Which means less stretch marks. So, scrub away!

Use A Vitamin E Body Oil

Now, there are a lot of oils out there, and even the ones already in your drawer could help you out. The key here is to be regular. This means you don’t skip a day, stop over the weekend or give up mid-way. Regularly applying body oil, especially ones with Vitamin E , will reduce stretch marks, but you’ve got to keep at it.
