Get The Look: Deepika Padukone’s Purple Eye Makeup Is Too Stunning To Miss

Deepika Padukone recently launched the Cannes Collection as the newest member of the L’Oréal family. The brand ambassador made major waves, as the announcement of her signing with L’Oréal spread across the Internet like fire. I, for one, crushed majorly on that purple eye look. It was experimental, different, and stunning!

Like Sonam Kapoor, Deepika‘s been giving us some lust-worthy makeup looks. Of all the brand ambassadors, these leading ladies always dare to be different! Here’s how you can get this look too:

Essence I Love Stage Eyeshadow Base (Rs 299)

1. Base

All colour-heavy looks should begin with an eyeshadow base. Apply to this to your lids and seal in with powder.

Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow — Blow Your Whistle (Rs 236)

2. Purple Eyeshadow

Apply an all-over purple eyeshadow. Blend this well and don’t blend it above your crease. A violet shade will work best for this.

L’Oréal Paris Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner in Pure Purple (Rs 460)

3. Smoked Liner

Apply a purple gel or pencil liner along your upper and lower lash lines. Take a small buffing or blending brush, and smudge back and forth. Make sure this colour starts in the area where you would apply eyeliner and smudges upwards. You can blend the lower lash line too, if you want a smudged underliner.

L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes Mascara (Rs 780)

4. Mascara

Opt for a full volume mascara and make sure those lashes stand out! And if you’ve got full brows, then comb them lightly with mascara to keep your brow hair in place. If not, don’t forget to fill them in with a brow pencil.
