This Foundation Comes In Enough Shades For Indian Women And My Skin Loves It!

I don’t mean to be rub this in your faces but I have great skin, generally. Except around the time my periods are contemplating making an appearance. Then, all hell breaks loose and my skin acts up; pimples pop up in random places and I struggle to find a breakout-free zone. But back to talking about my skin, which for the most part, is great. So, usually, I confidently skip foundation. Also because have you stepped out recently? I feel like my skin will melt right off my face.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup With SPF 10 (Rs 3300)

Then, I met the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. I was wary. Was this going to break my heart like other foundations have? Worse, break up on my face? Make me look too oily or too dry? I even worried if this was the foundation of a long-term relationship. Oh my god, my puns crack me up. Anyway, can we talk first about the many shades available in this range? There’s more than 40 shades so you are bound to find one that works for you.

Now, here’s why I love it. This isn’t your average run-of-the-mill foundation. This is the kind of foundation you want to thank. It goes on your skin like, well, second skin. When you apply it, the first layer gives you enough coverage to look like you’ve been really sticking to your skincare routine. If you’re going to be out and about, one layer is practically perfect. But say you want to glam it up, this foundation is good for that too. You can build it up to give you full coverage, and two layers later, your skin doesn’t look cakey or like you went ham on your base. It still sits perfectly well on the skin.

I have been using this for about a month now and I am a convert. I *may* have become a foundation fiend. And I have this one to thank.
