#TrendAlert: We’re So In LOVE With “Bracelet Nails”!

By now, there’s no contesting the fact that Instagram is THE place to be if you want to keep abreast of the latest beauty trends. Not too long ago, I wrote about this beautiful shattered glass nail art trend that was trending all over the world thanks to Korean celebrity nail artist Eunkyung Park, the owner of Unistella Salon in Seoul.

Park is back at it again, this time with an even more gorgeous nail art trend: bracelet nails.

The manicure involves using string, miniature metal charms, rhinestones, and beads to make actual bracelet designs and charms for nails. The intricate bracelet charms for nails look insanely pretty and are a delight for those of you who love minimalist trends. However, it’s no easy feat to achieve this look. You’ll need to have the patience of a monk to get this nail art right. Park’s designs easily take up to two hours or more to recreate.

Park’s salon offer customers this clean-cut manicure, and although you can opt for a colourful version too, most bracelet nails are left bare with a lot of detailing, geometric patterns, strings, colourful beads, etc. Park uses tweezers to delicately loop each individual embellishment in place. No wonder her nail art designs are crazy cute. I’d say the time taken to get these nails is totally worth it if you can manage to sit that long without fidgeting.

Wondering how to DIY this nail art? Check out the video below and continue scrolling for some kickass inspiration.
