Simply take Bio Oil, and apply it to the high points of your face. Then layer it with your highlighter.

Hack 3: Try a brightening concealer

Instead of blending your brightening concealer and then applying your highlighter, layer the two and blend together for a popping highlight.

Use a damp beauty blender to apply your highlighter. It is subtle, but gives a good payoff.
