#HauteHacks: DIY Unicorn Highlighter!

Before you break the bank to cop this latest trend that’s hitting all your makeup stations, consider this…how about you creating your own DIY highlighter to suit your own colour palette? I mean, why buy, when you can DIY, no? Also, Unicorn Highlighters are having a moment. And we were itching to try this one out. Let’s be honest, what’s not to love? We love Unicorns and we LOVE highlighters. So when you put the 2 together, it’s nothing but magical.

So in our bid to try this bomb makeup trend, we picked out 2 of our FAVE colours — pink and purple. These 2 colours work especially well and can be fashioned as a blush and a highlighter. But since most of us cannot resist getting more creative while working on our canvas, this dual-coloured highlighter will not only make your cheekbones pop, but will also allow you to wear your unicorn heart on your cheekbones.
